These conditions apply to your reservation of Apartment Santa Rosalía .
Reservations
You can make a reservation via our website www.santarosalia@projectelegant.fun .
Payments
The reservation is paid immediately via online payment methods.
Cancellations & Changes
For cancellations and changes we are happy to refer you to our cancellation conditions.
Check-in and Check-out
Check in : From 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check out : Before 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon consultation. Additional costs may apply.
bail
The guest pays a EUR 300 deposit. This amount will be refunded if no damage and/or loss occurs at check out.
Behavior and Damage
Guests must adhere to the house rules of the apartment and the resort and are responsible for leaving the accommodation tidy. Damage to the apartment or furniture will be charged as well as the loss of belongings belonging to the apartment.
Liability
Project Elegant is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' property. Project Elegant is not responsible for accidents or injuries to guests during their stay.
