Welcome to Santa Rosalía apartment!
We welcome you and hope you have a pleasant stay. To make your stay as pleasant as possible for yourself and other residents, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules.
General Behavior
We ask that you treat other residents with respect. Be considerate of each other and limit 🎵 music and noise, especially between 10pm and 8am.
In case of violation of these house rules, the manager has the right to take appropriate measures without refund.
Smoking
🚭 Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the terrace.

Pets
🐾 Pets are not allowed
Use of facilities
Guests are expected to take good care of the facilities and inventory in the apartment.
Any damage or loss must be reported immediately to the manager. Costs for repair or replacement may be charged.
Visit
👨👩👧👦 Visitors of guests are welcome, but are not allowed to stay overnight without prior permission from the manager. Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors within the resort.
Safety
🔑 Always close and lock the doors and windows of your apartment when you are not there.
Cleaning, Towels & Bed Linen
🛏️ Additional cleaning service, clean towels and bed linen are available for a fee.
♻️ Waste must be collected separately and deposited in the appropriate containers.
Swimming pool, lagoon and recreation area
🌊 Enjoy all the facilities, but please take into account the rules for the swimming pool, lagoon and recreation area.
