Cancellation conditions

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

Should you cancel within 14 days of arrival, we will charge the full cost of the reservation. Also, if you arrive later or leave earlier than planned, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for the unused nights.

Cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance so that you can be reimbursed for any costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Changes

Would you like to change your reservation? This is possible, depending on availability. We are happy to think along with you to find a suitable solution. Please note that additional costs may apply, depending on the changes.
